In deiner Rolle als (Junior) HR Business Partner (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Führungskräfte dabei, Teams zu stärken und unsere Unternehmenskultur mit Leben zu füllen.

Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle – vom Onboarding bis Offboarding.
Du berätst und begleitest Führungskräfte in Fragen der Organisationsentwicklung, Personalplanung und Teamstruktur.
Du wirkst aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien, Projekten und Prozessen mit.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiting, HR Operations und Learning & Development gestaltest du moderne und effiziente HR-Prozesse.
Du übernimmst das Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement, einschließlich der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen.

Qualifications

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich mit – idealerweise als HR Business Partner:in oder in einer generalistischen Rolle.
Eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich; der vertrauliche Umgang mit sensiblen Daten gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag.
Du hast Freude daran, HR-Prozesse aktiv zu gestalten und zeichnest dich durch Organisationstalent aus.
Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen zählen zu deinen zentralen Stärken.
