Your Role: What You’ll Do

As Group FP&A, you’ll be a key player in our finance transformation. You’ll lead strategic financial planning, drive performance insights, and collaborate with local finance teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process across all regions.
Deliver accurate, insightful financial reports and dashboards for the management board.
Analyze group-level financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee budget and forecast consolidation, ensuring alignment with group strategy.
Partner with business unit finance leaders to challenge assumptions and drive profitability.
Monitor project financials, including costing and margin analysis.
Drive continuous improvement in global finance systems and processes.
Play a key role in the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across all business units.

Qualifications

You are:

You have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
10+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial reporting
Experience in a group finance function within a complex matrix organization
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus)

Xurrent (4me) is our new internal service management platform, designed to streamline operations and elevate the support we provide to our clients. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining a system—you’ll be shaping how over 300 colleagues in our Managed Services team interact with it daily. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to tailor the platform to real-world needs, ensuring it evolves in step with our services. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the platform and play a central role in how effectively we deliver value to our clients. As a Xurrent Application Administrator at HSO, you will play a pivotal role in our dedicated IT team and responsible for configuring and maintaining the Xurrent Service Management Platform. You will collaborate with business owners to implement new services and ensure up-to-date documentation and training for users.
