This is your opportunity to join a high-impact role at the heart of our global operations.Your Role: What You’ll DoAs Group reporting manager, you’ll be a key player in our finance transformation. You’ll lead financial reporting, drive performance insights, and collaborate with local finance teams across the globe.Key responsibilities include: Run the end-to-end consolidation process on group level (quarterly/annual; in a year from now: monthly as well) Prepare external reporting to different stakeholders (shareholders, banks, other partners upon request) Support the annual financial statements’ audit process Maintain Group Accounting Manual Be an internal point of advice/expertise for HSO organization on Special accounting topics (incl. acquisitions etc), prepare position papers, upon request research Work with Head of Group Reporting to set up the process for compliance (including CIT/VAT/other taxes) and tax control, oversight of countries tax compliance. Work with HSO operating countries and external advisors on maintaining the Transfer pricing documentation (local files, TP master file) Execute governance and oversight over the Statutory FS filings/audit compliance of HSO operating countries Play a key role in the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across all HSO business units. Drive continuous improvement in global finance systems and processes.
