The Product Blackbelt Consultant at HSO Studio serves as a senior functional advisor to HSO Project Delivery Business Units and acts as a point of escalation for Product Support for one or more assigned HSO Studio products. This pivotal role enhances product delivery capabilities and improves the efficiency of product implementations. Reporting to the Product Support Lead, the consultant works closely with Studio product teams and product support, providing mentorship and strategic guidance to delivery units.As a customer-facing role, the Product Blackbelt Consultant is involved throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the quality of project planning, mentoring delivery consultants, and supporting the definition and scoping of complex customizations. Additionally, the consultant provides implementation services to delivery teams for highly complex or strategically important projects. With deep functional expertise in both their product and relevant areas of D365, the consultant delivers high-quality consultative services across multiple global projects, ensuring consistent delivery excellence. The proOps/proERP HSO products are extensions to the standard Microsoft D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Project Operations toolsets designed to enable project driven organizations in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to realize the maximum benefit from their D365 solutions.Role Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Business Unit Engagement: Collaborate closely with HSO Delivery Teams to ensure successful implementation of assigned HSO Studio products. Mentor and coach HSO Delivery Consultants, improving product knowledge and implementation capabilities. Keep delivery business units informed about upcoming HSO Studio product enhancements. Analyze and diagnose critical product implementation issues that affect project delivery targets. Assist delivery teams in defining, scoping, and providing solutions for complex product customizations. Participate in delivery unit project teams to implement assigned products for highly complex or strategically important projects. 2. Product Support: Provide product-specific training to HSO Business Unit Managed Services teams, enabling them to deliver Level 1 and 2 support to their customers. Act as a senior escalation point for HSO Studio product support, offering deep product expertise to resolve support issues. Manage and update assigned cases in the HSO Product Support ticketing system. 3. Product Development Act as product documentation owner, working with product team for input, to ensure the product documentation is clear, comprehensive and effective. Collaborate with HSO Studio product managers to represent delivery business unit feedback and identify potential product enhancements. Assist with pre-release testing of HSO products and updates, as required. Understand product roadmaps and communicate upcoming features and enhancements to relevant delivery teams.
