HSO, a leading international provider of Manufacturing and Distribution ERP systems for organisations engaged in international trade, has joined with the Institute of Export as Business Members. Although not an exporter itself most of HSO customers are and this makes joining the IOE a sensible business extension to engage with this support organisation.
Tim Ford, Managing Director of HSO, commented: “We see this development as an important step forward for HSO. Having closer ties to the Institute of Export will enable us to develop and deliver systems more finely tuned for importers and exporters. We understand the burden of compliance and many businesses rely on manual processes for import/export documentation. Having more automated processes will improve the efficiency and accuracy of businesses engaged in international trade.”
Lesley Batchelor, Director General of the Institute of Export, said: “We are delighted to welcome HSO to the Institute. Having HSO’s systems expertise within our fold will add value to all our members. We see this as the beginning of a long-term relationship and we look forward to HSO contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Institute.”
