Priva is a provider of sustainable technologies, helping businesses to control their water and energy expenditure to help conserve the planet in an ecologically friendly manner. With a global presence, the business was experiencing sales and marketing challenges due to disparate ERP and document management systems.
With the support of HSO and its 25 years of Microsoft ERP experience, Priva has been able to transform its sales and marketing efforts to add greater value and drive its ambitions to take sustainable technology solutions to more businesses.
Priva chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HSO to consolidate its international sales and marketing practises, creating a streamlined, cost effective way of working and providing a centralised location for all customer information.
As part of the deployment, HSO integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM alongside Priva’s wider estate of Microsoft Solutions, including Office 365, Yammer, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics AX. By integrating these Microsoft solutions, all data stored within the separate applications is able to be utilised by Priva’s new CRM system; delivering technology synergies to Priva. With all data available able to be stored and processed by Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, Priva is maximising the data it holds to experience more effective sales and marketing campaigns.
