HSO, a global Microsoft business transformation partner, today announced the appointment of Prabhat Nagaraj as Managing Director, HSO India and Philippines, to oversee the expansion of HSO’s global service centers with the goal of exponentially growing the global delivery team and opening four new offices by year end. The expansion will help perpetuate HSO’s global growth ambitions and continue to help clients drive improvements for business performance by leveraging the power of Microsoft technology.

To react faster to clients’ demands

“We are delighted to welcome Prabhat Nagaraj, who has worked for many years in the Microsoft ecosystem. He brings extensive experience in building global teams and his addition is an important part of HSO’s strategic growth plans around global services.” Said Jan Koedijk, Group Director at HSO. As the foundation to HSO’s global services, the expansion of the service centers will allow HSO to react faster to clients’ demands to deliver HSO’s global services and the entire portfolio of Microsoft solutions, covering the full Dynamics 365 lifecycle.

“Expanding our Global Services Centers (GSCs) is a strategic initiative for HSO to increase its capabilities and capacity for integrated services, delivered remotely, in its client engagements. The impact of the global pandemic has caused companies to be under increased pressure to digitally transform their business. HSO is committed to scale its hybrid workforce with highly trained and skilled resources in GSC’s, to meet this growing demand, help its clients transform faster and respond to increasing customer expectations for access to 24/7 service and support capabilities.” Added Koedijk.

Great opportunities for people to constantly learn and grow

In addition to HSO’s current global service centers in Hyderabad India and North Macedonia, new offices will be opened in India including Bangalore, Noida, Pune, and Manila in the Philippines. The locations were strategically selected by HSO, as one of Microsoft’s largest dedicated partners, to leverage Microsoft’s strong presence in these locations.

“The IT workforce in India and the Philippines is highly skilled, multilingual, capable of carrying out 24/7 work, as well as having a wealth of experience and technical know-how especially around Microsoft technology. My vision is to offer great opportunities for people to constantly learn and grow through challenging projects, diverse clientele, and a collaborative environment.” Said Prabhat Nagaraj, Managing Director HSO, India and Philippines.

HSO received significant investment in August 2019 from global investment firm The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) to help drive several strategic initiatives to strengthen its global presence and industry transformation capabilities for Microsoft cloud business applications. This expansion marks another significant investment for HSO, after the recent US based acquisitions of AKA Enterprise Solutions and Sa Global Inc. and their D360 Solutions Group, to further strengthen HSO’s industry-based go-to-market strategy and allow HSO to take to market more industry turnkey solutions that will drastically reduce the time to implement and accelerate time to value for HSO clients.

Help companies to accelerate their digital transformation

“Our ambition is that HSO will become one the largest Microsoft Dynamics partner globally. Expanding our global service centers in India and Philippines as the backbone of our global services will unlock a lot of potential for HSO and our ability to be a more proactive partner, bringing to market industry solutions that will help companies to accelerate their digital transformation. I look forward to what I can bring to the table and contributing to what HSO can ultimately achieve, it’s very exciting.” Said Nagaraj.
