Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365
Business Analyst

HSO is seeking an experienced Microsoft AX/D365 Business Analyst to perform software requirement analysis, outreach to clients, end-users and management, as well as conduct gap analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

–  Five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions or Technical Architect or Technical Consultant.
–  Experience must include creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
–  In-depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
–  Microsoft D365 implementation and heavy integrations experience.
–  Possess both functional and technical expertise.
–  Business analysis and process engineering skills a plus.
–  Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations.
–  Excellent communication, planning and organization skills.
–  Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders.
–  Strong customer relationship skills.
–  High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
–  Logical thinking skills and methodical approach to work.

Desired Qualifications:

–  Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
–  Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 experience.
–  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:

–  Business process consulting.
–  Customer interviews and information.
–  Gathering Developing ‘as is’ functional design specifications.
–  Developing ‘to be’ functional design specifications.
–  Gap analysis.
–  Developing technical design specifications.
–  Program specific reports and queries for clients.
–  Installation and configuration.
–  Project management.
–  Change management.
–  Performing and/or managing conference room pilots.
–  Performing staff & user training.
–  Writing technical and user documentation.
–  Project status communications with the customer and HSO management.

Additional Information:

–  Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
–  Ability to travel extensively to customer locations, as required, up to 80%.
–  English: Fluent.
–  US or Canadian legal employment status.
–  Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
–  Full-time, virtual office-based position in North America.
