Jim McGraw is an Partner Technical Architect within Microsoft’s One Commercial Partner group. He has been working with enterprise software packages to design and deliver systems since 1994, with successful deliveries of complex ERP systems to more than 30 companies in 7 countries. He holds an MBA in International Finance and Trade from Thunderbird, and a BA from the University of Texas, LBJ School of Public Affairs. His role at Microsoft extends across partner enablement, thought leadership, product evangelism, and sales support. Jim lives in San Antonio, TX.
