For Dynamics 365 you pay a fixed price per user, per month. The price depends on the number of applications you use, the number of users, the layout and the required support. Microsoft uses a fixed price for most Dynamics applications and for common applications.

In addition to licensing costs, you have to take into account implementation costs. After all, the platform still needs to be set up for your organisation, and you probably want to integrate certain systems, so you choose an implementation partner for this. The design, making the right connections, and also, for example, the size of a data migration determine the cost of an implementation.

Microsoft’s maintenance, monthly updates, and basic support are included in the monthly license prices, but most savvy companies opt for support through their implementation partner to ensure fast response time and to avoid application downtime.
