The two-day Field Service News Live! Event at the Edgbaston International Stadium, Birmingham on 27th and 28th October was bursting at the seams with workshops, networking, discussion forums, and solution theatre presentations.

As if that wasn’t enough, the Expo area was packed full of premium solution providers with knowledgeable people from the field service industry, sharing their experience and expertise with delegates.

The European Field Service Awards 2021 were presented on the evening of Day 1 at the prestigious Birmingham City Library. HSO was delighted to congratulate its customer, Baxi UK, for being the worthy winners of the Field Service Leader of the Year Award, presented to the UK Services Director, Lou Murton.

HSO Field Service experts, Dan Snowdon, Shilen Khimani and Max Dinser, took part in the round table “Ask me Anything” sessions throughout the day, providing helpful advice and information to the audience on the topic of “Lean Digital Transformation”.

Max Dinser delivered an interesting session about how Schiphol Airport receives service excellence from customer, Royal BAM, who services 800,000m2, and 17,000+ assets, with the help of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HSO Advanced Field Service.

Also presenting, Dan Snowdon introduced the audience to a faster way to drive value into their business by realising the benefits of their software investments earlier in their implementation journey, helping them to get where they need to be faster.

A really exciting and informative couple of days.
