Sanya Chhabra
M365 Modern Workplace Architect

I’d had 13 years’ experience working for multinational companies but this was the first time I’d worked in such a truly international environment, where over 40 nationalities come together in a rich blend of perspectives, ideas, and experiences. And that makes for such a stronger, global service offering.”

A passion for connecting across borders and boundaries

Sanya Chhabra is a key player in one of HSO’s fastest-growing cloud transformation teams. As a Modern Workplace Architect, she’s responsible for helping global companies manage all of their essential digital infrastructure and technologies  and people as effectively, efficiently and securely as possible. All during a time of great workplace change, as remote working – and all the data and digital challenges that brings – continues to become the business norm. And she’d only been with HSO for six months when we caught up with her.

Sanya’s HSO story starts back in September 2023 when her husband’s new job saw the couple leave their native India for a new life in Europe. As a Microsoft specialist with 13 years’ experience and a Modern Workplace Architect for six of those years, she wanted the move not only to mark a new, exciting chapter in her family life but also to develop her cross-cultural, problem-solving skills and her customer-first values in an international environment. Enter HSO and its talented global community.

Technical knowhow – and good communication skills

The digital workplace solutions that Sanya recommends to clients empower them to adapt to modern work trends equipped with robust security features, increase productivity, enhance collaboration, and reduce costs. They enable organizations to leverage technology to its fullest potential, driving innovation, productivity, and growth in today's fast-paced business environment.

Not surprisingly, therefore, Sanya’s up to date Microsoft technical proficiency is vital in her role. But, crucially, it’s her ability to explain technical concepts to customers and internal, cross-functional teams in a way that makes sense and lights up their world, which is key for success. Equally important is her ability to build strong relationships across teams and cultures and her start-to-finish project management prowess. Meanwhile, her curiosity for ongoing learning also perfectly matches HSO’s always learning, always evolving culture. And it’s a culture in which Sanya says she thrives.
