Call Handling System
To support this smooth process, HSO works with a call handling system. Incidents and issues are logged via the web or by phone and the status of all call reports are tracked from initial report through problem resolution to close.

Support outside office hours
Most customers are happy with a standard support contract which entitles you to support during business hours. For customers who wish to have extended cover, HSO also offers various additional management services up to 24x7.
